Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how the Circle Combat game collects, uses and protects your information. By installing and using the game, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
2. Data we collect
Circle Combat collects only what is strictly needed to operate the game: • Progress and inventory (coins, gems, skins, weapons, pets, arenas, fragments, match statistics) — stored locally on your device. • Language preference. • In-app purchase data processed exclusively by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store or process payment or credit card data. • Device identifiers (when provided by the OS) used by the App Store / Google Play for purchase receipts. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or any sensitive personal data.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data above solely to: • Save your in-game progress (contract performance). • Process in-app purchases you explicitly request (contract performance). • Prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interest). For Brazilian users, this is based on Article 7, items V and IX of the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018). For EU users (where applicable), this is based on GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f).
4. Children (COPPA)
Circle Combat is rated for users 13 years or older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 in compliance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). In-app purchases are protected by Apple's (Ask to Buy / Screen Time) and Google's (Family Link) native parental-approval mechanisms. Parents or guardians must configure those controls on their child's device. If you are a parent or guardian and believe data from your child has been collected without consent, please contact us for immediate deletion.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. The only third parties that receive technical data are: • Apple Inc. — to process App Store purchases. • Google LLC — to process Google Play purchases and receipts. These processors operate under their own privacy policies.
6. Storage, retention and security
All progress data is stored locally on your device via the operating system's AsyncStorage. We do not maintain our own servers holding your data. Retention: data is kept until you uninstall the app, reset progress from the in-game menu, or request deletion. Security: local data is protected by the iOS / Android sandbox. Purchase communications use Apple's and Google's native encrypted channels.
7. Your rights
You have the right to: • Confirm whether your data is being processed; • Access your data; • Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; • Request anonymization, blocking or deletion; • Request data portability; • Withdraw consent. You can delete all your data at any time from within the game (or by reinstalling the app). For other requests, contact privacy@circlecombat.com.
8. California residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) you have the right to: • Know what categories of personal information are collected; • Request deletion; • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. 9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via app update and by revising the date above. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
